Questions, answered.

What is meritcubby?

meritcubby builds a record of your work wins. Paste from any tool, upload a doc, or add items yourself; it extracts the impact, keeps the source attached to each one, and turns them into review-ready docs, promotion cases, client updates, and more.

How is this different from keeping my own notes?

You may have heard this called a brag doc. Personal notes only hold what you remember to write down, and most of it never gets written. With meritcubby, a paste takes seconds; the extracting and organizing happen for you, and every entry keeps the source it came from.

How much does meritcubby cost?

A single finished document is $14 with a one-week Cubby Pass. A full year of Membership is $129, and it renews automatically each year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime. The first 50 members get their first year for $49; that founding year does not auto-renew, and continuing after it is the regular $129 a year.

What does meritcubby connect to?

Today you add evidence by pasting from any tool, uploading a doc, or entering it yourself. Your personal cubby address is live, so anything you forward lands in your library automatically. Native connections to Gmail, Slack, and your meeting tools (Granola, Fireflies, and Fathom) are coming.

Can my employer see any of this?

No. Your cubby is yours alone, and your employer has no access or visibility into it. Nothing posts back to any workplace tool, and once you can connect Slack, meritcubby will read only what you can already see, as you, and save only what you approve.

Is this only for performance reviews?

No. People use it for promotion cases, client updates, case studies, and job applications. Any moment that calls for evidence of your work.

Do I have to keep it updated?

Barely. Today a paste takes seconds, meritcubby does the extracting and organizing, and anything you forward to your cubby address files itself. Once native connections land, capture runs automatically in the background too.

What happens to my evidence if I cancel?

It stays. Your library becomes read-only, so you can always go back to it.

How is my data stored?

We process your notes and calls to pull out what matters, then store that entry along with the original you pasted, private to your account, so every entry keeps its source. You can hide any entry anytime, and delete your account and all its data whenever you want.
